Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed project schedules, work programs, and timelines using planning tools.
Coordinate with
interior designers, architects,
to align drawings and execution plans.
Monitor project progress and update schedules, reports, and dashboards regularly.
Support in preparation of
BOQs, quantity take-offs
, and material planning.
Track project costs, manpower, and resource utilization.
Identify project risks, delays, and constraints; suggest corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety norms.
Coordinate with site engineers to ensure execution as per plan.
Assist in vendor and subcontractor coordination and follow-ups.
Support documentation including approvals, change orders, and progress reports.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering

5-6 years of relevant experience in
interior fit-out, architectural, or civil projects
.
Strong coordination skills with architects, interior designers.
Proficiency in project planning tools.
Good knowledge of construction methodologies, interior works, and finishing works.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
Strong communication, organizational, and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
