Assistant/Deputy Project Manager (Wind, Site Role)

Location: Jath, Maharashtra (Project Site)

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Renewable Energy).

- Certifications or ISO 45001/15001/9001 awareness are an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing site activities.

- Supervise contractors and site teams under guidance of the Project Manager.

- Monitor daily progress, prepare reports, and highlight deviations.

- Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and HSE requirements.

- Support in resource allocation, material tracking, and vendor coordination.

- Maintain audit?ready documentation of site activities, permits, and approvals.

- Act as a secondary point of contact for site stakeholders and local authorities.

- Escalate issues promptly to the Project Manager for resolution.
