Overview

:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Project Manager - Retail Display Fixtures. The ideal candidate will ensure timely project completion by coordinating between internal teams and external vendors. The role involves end-to-end procurement, project management, quality control, logistics and delivering excellence in a fast-paced and creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management: Develop project plans, set timelines, and allocate resources effectively to meet client objectives and deadlines. Outsourcing Coordination: Identify and onboard external vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure their work aligns with project requirements. Team Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact between design teams, production units and clients, ensuring smooth communication and operations. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards by reviewing designs, prototypes, and finished props for compliance with brand guidelines and quality benchmarks. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability without compromising quality. Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries and competitive pricing. Compliance: Ensure all projects meet industry standards, local regulations, and safety guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-5 (or more) years of experience in production, outsourcing and vendor management specific to the Retail Displays and Visual Merchandising industry. Bachelor's degree - (preferably Mechanical Engineering) Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?90,000.00 per month
