Assistant Project Manager

Job Description

Supervise daily site activities including civil, structural, and finishing works. Coordinate with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) vendors and consultants to ensure smooth execution. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Lead and guide site engineers, supervisors, and staff; conduct review meetings and assign tasks. Implement quality checklists, conduct inspections, and ensure adherence to IS codes and approved drawings. Maintain project documentation, prepare progress reports, BOQs, and work schedules. Liaise with consultants, architects, and contractors to resolve technical/site issues. Support value engineering, material management, and project closeout activities (testing, commissioning, handovers).

Requirements



Education

: B.Tech / B.E / Diploma. in Civil Engineering

Technical Skills

: Strong knowledge of civil, structural, and finishing works; MEP coordination;

Soft Skills

: Leadership, planning, problem-solving, communication, multitasking, and ability to work under pressure

Experience

: 8-10 years in civil construction, with site supervision or assistant project management experience
