Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads and opportunities from
Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn
platforms.
Write effective and customized
proposals
for IT projects and ensure timely follow-ups with clients.
Identify and onboard
potential clients
for IT development, digital marketing, or technology-based services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with
international and domestic clients
.
Collaborate with the
technical and delivery teams
to understand project scope and deliverables.
Achieve and exceed
monthly and quarterly sales targets
.
Conduct
market research
to identify new business trends and potential areas of growth.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and performance metrics.
Key Skills & Requirements
1-3 years of
proven experience
in IT Sales or Business Development using
Upwork, Freelancer, or LinkedIn Recruiter

Strong understanding of
IT services
, software development, or digital solutions.
Excellent
written and verbal communication
skills in English.
Ability to craft compelling
bids and proposals
