Job Title: Assistant Project Manager (IT)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager (IT) with 2+ years of experience in managing IT projects. The candidate will assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing technology projects, ensuring timely delivery with high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and tracking IT projects.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA, clients).

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Prepare project documentation including status reports, timelines, and resource plans.

Manage day-to-day communication with stakeholders and clients.

Ensure project deliverables meet quality, scope, and budget requirements.

Assist in process improvements and adoption of project management best practices.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator / Assistant Project Manager in IT projects.

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.

Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).

PMP/Agile certification will be an added advantage.

Nice to Have:

Experience in managing software development or product-based projects.

Knowledge of cloud, AI/ML, or digital transformation projects.

Pay: ₹676,348.21 - ₹1,623,772.11 per year
