Job description:
Lead the planning and implementation of commercial/Residential building projects.
Oversee all stages of project life cycle including design, execution, budgeting, and handover.
Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Manage site engineers, supervisors, and labor teams to ensure productivity and quality standards.
Monitor progress and performance; address delays or issues proactively.
Ensure quality assurance and control standards are met throughout the construction.
Maintain safety, health, and environmental (SHE) standards at the site.
Report progress to higher management and provide regular updates.
