Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end execution of assigned interior projects from initiation to handover. Coordinate with design, production, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery. Monitor project progress, site activities, and ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections to track work status, resolve site-level challenges, and maintain safety compliance. Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, and documentation. Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution during project execution. Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely material delivery. Manage site workforce and supervise carpenters, electricians, painters, and other technicians as required. Report daily/weekly project updates to the Project Manager / Zonal Head.

Requirements:

Education:

B.Tech / B.E in Civil, Interior Design, or related field.

Experience:

1-5 years of experience in interior project execution (preferably in modular interiors).

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of interior materials and installation processes. Ability to read and interpret design drawings. Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Office and project tracking tools. Willingness to travel to multiple sites as needed.

Work Environment:

Site-based role with coordination between office and multiple client locations. Reporting to Project Manager / Zonal Head.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
