We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end process of launching new outlets and cloud kitchens. You will be responsible for site identification, vendor coordination, construction management, and compliance, playing a key role in driving operational expansion across India.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess potential sites, conduct feasibility studies, and support lease discussions and negotiations.
• Coordinate with landlords, consultants, and local authorities to secure required NOCs, licenses, and approvals.
• Plan, manage, and monitor construction and fit-out activities by working closely with architects, contractors, and vendors.
• Handle vendor selection, negotiation, and management while maintaining strong relationships with real estate partners and agencies.
• Maintain detailed project trackers, site databases, and prepare regular progress reports for management review.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in project coordination, site development, or expansion, preferably within F&B, hospitality, or retail industries.
• Solid understanding of construction processes, real estate negotiations, and vendor management.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
