Develop, monitoring & Update project Schedule: Develop high level baseline to detailed baseline project schedule along with WBS through MS Project, Primavera P6, finalized with client and circulate to all stakeholders etc. Monitoring, tracking & update project milestone, schedule (Plan v/s Achieved). Forecasting and analyzing the budget of the project by resources requirements, annual cashflow & initiating correction action plan to catch the forecast budget Prepare project execution plan (PEP) and get approval from client Generating MIS reports & Project Progress Report on daily/weekly/monthly basis apprising board members & project chairs with status of project development and progress. Develop monthly look ahead program & 03 month rolling action plan as per project feasibility Supervise construction activities as per scope of work & quality technical inputs & methodology of work and coordinate with site team. Maintaining Cash Outflows of entire project & forwarding the findings & projections to HO on monthly/quarterly basis Inform to project manager for any possible delay in project, critical activities & procurement dept. for delivery on Materials and ensure that material ordered is not more than estimated quantity / master quantity. Conduct & participate project feasibility & review meetings for evaluating project progress & tackling bottlenecks with stakeholders, senior management level & site team as well, prepare MOM and circulate within 24hours to participated members Coordination among various agencies (Design office, Vendors & Suppliers) involved in the project for smooth Functioning of execution work. Prepare a presentation related to project brief, scope of work, budget & cashflow, project progress, critical issues, bill payment, delay captured, progress photos etc. Collaborating with consultants for getting drawings schedule, GFC drawing basis the requirement and coordinate between design team & site team related to specification & design issues. Coordinating with contractor for execution of project site ensuring quality, safety & timely completion of the Project.
