Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing site activities as per project timelines. Supervise renovation and civil works at schools including painting, flooring, furniture setup, electrical, and smart classroom installations. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery and work progress. Prepare and maintain site progress reports, daily work updates, and photographic documentation. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to specifications. Coordinate with local authorities, school management, and government officials for approvals and smooth execution. Track project schedules and report delays or issues to the Project Manager. Assist in managing project budgets, work orders, and verification of vendor bills. Ensure all works are completed as per tender specifications and standards.

Qualifications & Experience:



Education:

Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred).

Experience:

2-5 years in project coordination or civil site execution, preferably in government or institutional projects.

Preferred Experience:

Exposure to Smart Classroom / School Infrastructure / Government Project Execution.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
