Job Description

Good knowledge and experience of Infrastructure projects is a must. Exposure to IT Infrastructure projects, Hotel System Integration projects, Network and Connectivity projects, Data security and Compliance is a must.

Support the Project Manager

in developing detailed project plans, work schedules, and installation timelines.

Coordinate with internal teams

(procurement, logistics, design, and engineering) for resource and material planning.

Oversee site execution

for IT infrastructure installations (network racks, cabling, access points, switches, servers, and end-user systems).

Coordinate

with MEP, civil, and electrical teams to ensure infrastructure readiness for IT implementation.

Supervise

subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project standards.

Manage

handover, testing, commissioning, and documentation

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.

PMP / PRINCE2 Foundation or equivalent project management certification preferred.

4-5 years of experience managing or coordinating IT hardware / infrastructure projects.

Proven track record in

office fit-outs

,

hospital IT infrastructure

, or

hotel technology deployments

(networking, cabling, server installations, FAS, AV systems).

Experience coordinating with architects, MEP consultants, and general contractors.

Good understanding of IT infrastructure systems -- servers, switches, routers, racks, Wi-Fi, and cabling.

Familiarity with low-voltage systems (AV, CCTV, access control) is an advantage.

Strong planning, organizational, and analytical abilities.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.

Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach.
