Assist in preparing project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and vendor teams for material and drawing approvals.
Support in conducting site surveys and feasibility checks.
2. Site Management
Monitor day-to-day site operations and ensure work is progressing as per plan.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and site discipline.
Track material delivery, consumption, and quality at the site.
Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure timely execution of tasks.
3. Quality & Compliance
Assist in implementing quality control procedures at the site.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets company standards.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and client requirements.
4. Client Coordination
Support the Project Manager in client meetings and presentations.
Communicate project updates and resolve minor on-site issues.
Maintain proper documentation of all client communications and approvals.
5. Documentation & Reporting
Prepare daily progress reports (DPR), material reports, and site checklists.
Assist in preparing MIS reports, project documentation, and completion reports.
Maintain records of drawings, BOQs, material approvals, and site correspondences.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
5-7 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction projects.
Strong knowledge of interior.
Proficiency in project planning tools, MS Office, and reading technical drawings.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
