This role supports end-to-end delivery of large-scale construction projects, assisting in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration. The role includes monitoring site execution, ensuring quality standards, safety compliance, and risk mitigation. Works closely with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, clients, and contractors to support timely project completion within scope and budget, while contributing to cost efficiency, operational excellence, and overall client satisfaction across all civil project phases.
About the Role:
Oversee end-to-end management of civil construction projects from initiation to completion
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in alignment with project objectives
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, consultants, contractors, and site supervisors
Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely execution
Oversee procurement planning, vendor evaluation, and material management to maintain cost efficiency
Administer contracts, review variations, and manage claims and billing in coordination with QS and commercial teams
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and statutory regulations at all project stages
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor work quality and adherence to design specifications
Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation and contingency strategies
Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and internal stakeholders to maintain clear communication and alignment
Ensure all civil works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, standards, and best practices
Support project closure activities, including documentation, handover, and final settlement
About You:
B.E.
/
B. Tech in Civil Engineering
5 to 8 Years & above of relevant experience
Should have completed at least 4- 6 institutional/University/residential/Commercial/industrial or similar projects along with infra works projects end to end during the tenure
Candidate working with Project Management Consultancy would be preferred
Technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works
Excellent organizational and motivational skills
Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
