Our testing services are focused in the area of connectivity and cover wireless products and systems for our clients (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth Low Energy). Our current customers include well-known brands in automotive, audio, mobile device, HID, semiconductors and medical products.

Position Overview

We are seeking to recruit a well-organized, enthusiastic, deadline-oriented

Assistant Project Manager

in our India office (Nemo Technologies Pvt Ltd) to steer and manage a number of ongoing testing projects across a variety of global customers. The role involves reporting, coordinating, and delivering QA activities while ensuring quality, timelines, and resource optimization. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and experience managing QA teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate multiple projects running parallelly in testing domain (Automation and Manual), ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional and Global teams (US/UK/China/Korea and India) to drive project success. Co-ordinate and work with leading Global customers (Major automotive OEMs and Tier - 1 suppliers like LG, Panasonic, Visteon, Ford, Stellantis, Tata Motors etc ) Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure quality standard are meet and communication is clear. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and leadership. Define enterprise-level test automation strategy and roadmap Establish automation standards, best practices, and guidelines Review and optimize existing automation solutions for stability and performance
Mentor automation engineers and review their automation modules

Collaborate with QA leadership to ensure quality of our automation platform. Define and own test strategy, test plans, and schedules Manage end-to-end testing activities (Functional and Non-Functional) Lead and mentor manual and automation test teams Track test progress, track bugs identified and shortlist bugs for Root Cause Analysis. Open to travel onsite to the Global locations of NextGen Technology

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years

of experience in software testing / QA.

5+ years

of experience in team handling and project management, handling multiple projects simultaneously. Strong experience in

automation frameworks/tools

and ability to integrate automation into QA processes. Strong analytical skills and presentation skills Experience in defect management Solid understanding of manual and automation testing Strong experience in test management/ Automation and QA leadership Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Understanding of

Android Auto and CarPlay development cycles

will a be a plus Experience working with Automotive information, Bluetooth and Wi-fi technology would be an additional plus Experience on Root Cause Analysis methodologies will be an added advantage

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum), ISTQB is a plus. Experience in automotive infotainment systems or embedded software development.

Pay: ?1,500,000.00 - ?2,000,000.00 per year
