Managing the entire electrical scope of work for multiple projects from initiation to closure, while handling budgets ranging from [Rs. 5 Cr.] to [Rs. 100 Cr.] Working closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables Developing comprehensive cost estimates by segmenting project activities to arrive at the Accepted Cost Estimate (ACE) Developing project management plans, including schedules and budgets, and executing effective financial control and budget management to ensure project expenses were kept within the designated budget Supervising project teams, ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities Facilitating routine status meetings with stakeholders, delivering regular progress reports, and proactively executing corrective measures whenever necessary Identifying critical paths and implementing change control processes to address potential scope changes and minimize project risks Ensuring project deliverables met quality standards, safety standards and customer expectations Conducting project closure activities, including documenting lessons learned and sharing knowledge with stakeholders Leading the sourcing function for the projects creating the roadmap for the sourcing strategy Mediating between vendors, supply chain, and the invoice processing team to quickly resolve incorrect invoicing Visiting vendor factories on a regular basis to assess manufacturing progress and facilitate FATs Evaluating suppliers\' price escalation claims and preparing price escalation claims for client approval, while ensuring adherence to market price indices, evaluation methodologies, and escalation periods Improving cash flow management by keeping an eye on invoice-to-sales ratios to spot unpaid invoices and developing procurement plans in response Fostering the growth and development of project team members by conducting technical training sessions led by industry experts to ensure efficient knowledge transfer and skill development Developing and maintaining vendor relations evaluating vendors, managing buyer processes, and analyzing reports Qualification : B. Tech.
