Business Development Manager - Project and Development Services

What this job involves:

Developing and implementing strategic business development plans for the PDS division

Providing expert guidance on sales and business development activities

Monitoring industry trends to shape business strategies

Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring trust and satisfaction

Driving process improvements to optimize operations and enhance client engagement

Collaborating with teams across the globe to foster innovation and growth

Contributing to JLL's global success through strategic initiatives

Developing solutions and proposals responses for client submissions

Collaborating with operations and other internal functions to prepare submission briefs.

What we're looking for:

Bachelor's / Masters degree in Business, Architecture , Civil Engineer, Masters in Real Estate , Construction Management, Interior Design

8 to 10 + years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within property and development services

Strong knowledge of the property and development services industry

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Ability to drive growth and success through strategic thinking and execution
