APM - ELV



Besides any directions/ instructions received from the Project Lead, below is the high level roles and responsibilities expected, but not limited to,

Take full responsibility for one floor, identified by the Project Lead, and push for deliveries.

Take full responsibility for the entire ELV work package and one MCE package (either Mechanical or Electrical) or a subject based on individual expertise.

Develop in-depth knowledge of the pending works on the assigned floor and push GC's and MCE's to deliver.

Develop in-depth knowledge of the assigned package's specifications, drawings, and requirements.

Create detailed execution plans for the assigned MCE package.

Coordinate with other floor managers to ensure integration between Mechanical, Electrical and ELV systems (including DCOS).

Provide expert guidance on installation, configuration, and optimization of systems within the assigned package.

Solve complex technical issues related to the specific MCE package.

Implement stringent quality control measures specific to the assigned ELV and Mechanical or Electrical package.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with package-specific standards and specifications.

Coordinate with other packages to minimize conflicts and optimize overall project schedule.

Identify and mitigate risks specific to the assigned ELV and Mechanical or Electrical package.

Develop contingency plans for potential issues within the package scope.

Maintain comprehensive documentation for the assigned package.

Prepare detailed reports on package progress, challenges, and solutions.

Oversee package-specific commissioning processes.

Conduct or supervise specialized testing for ELV systems.

Be a part of the site walk throughs, along with the T&C managers and push GC and MCE Partners, on the respective floor, to address the Facility Grid open points and push for tagging.

Lead the room readiness checklist/ White glow test and other walk throughs and push GC's and MCE's for deliverables.

Coordinate closely with the GC's floor manager, plan for daily works and track the same. In case of any risk or delayed activities, mitigations be planned with the GC's floor managers and their escalations, along with the JLL Electrical/ Mechanical SME's.

Provide the JLL Planning and Documentation manager with inputs/ feedback whilst preparing the weekly and monthly reports.

Reviewing & approving SWMS (Safe work method statement) in concurrence with technical consultants.

Undertaking regular compliance checks of the project's SWMS to ensure work is carried out in accordance with the SWMS.

Handing over of the project post completion of works & associated documentation.

Follow the processes required to set up site Safety and ensure 100 % safe man hours on the project.
