Assistant Project Lead

What this job involves:

• In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll support our city lead in handling all business development concerns.
• You\xe2\x80\x99ll also be in charge of updating and maintaining capability statements and documents related to our Project and Development business in country, including company-wide communications, statistics, case studies and process documents.
• Likewise, you will work closely with regional marketing and communications teams on matters related to business development, corporate branding, marketing collaterals, presentations and others. This job also calls for exceptional people skills, as you\xe2\x80\x99ll manage and collate customer satisfaction surveys, hold update meetings, and conduct at least 40 hours of individual training per year.

Pitching is the primary responsibility of the Solutions Development Team. The team provides end to end solutions for a pursuit in partnership with the business based on processes, criteria and strategic priorities of the firm. * Engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders and see things from their perspective.

Technical Criteria

• The position calls for a solid foundation in project management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight timelines
• This person will support the new business initiative through Request For Information (RFI) and Request For Proposals (RFP) responses, specifically leading major local bids with a fee value

USD 1m or a strategic development client, and take responsibility for the end-to-end management of bids, including planning activities. The role will also manage contributions from the business against bid objectives and to * Communicate and collaborate to achieve success.

• Thrive under pressure and deal effectively with tight deadlines and high expectations

An ideal candidate will have a degree in design- or construction-related disciplines; and at least 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in managing mid and upscale projects, as well as projects within your local geography and the wider Asia Pacific market.
