Assistant Project LeadProject and Development Services \xe2\x80\x93 (Location)What this job involves:Maintaining smooth site operationsMaintaining a seamless and orderly site operations will be your main agenda every day. In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll take on various site-related tasks, such as solving site design problems in coordination with design consultants, managing construction of MEPF works and related records for reporting purposes.Aside from these, you\xe2\x80\x99ll also see to it that the projects comply with corresponding occupational health and safety legislations, standards, and codes of practice. Likewise, you\xe2\x80\x99ll prepare and manage the implementation of the Project Management, Project Safety and Quality Plan.Are you comfortable facing people on a daily basis? Part of your job is to assemble and lead a team of experts and bring out the best in each member. You\xe2\x80\x99ll constantly coordinate with key stakeholders and manage subcontractors and suppliers. A solid background in industrial, Life science/Pharma/Clean rooms/Data Centre/Semiconductor and other relevant project is pre requisite.B. E /B.Tech Mechanical Engineer with minimum five years\xe2\x80\x99 experience /Diploma in Mechanical /Electrical with minimum 8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience industrial Utility ,Process piping and structural fabrication worksLeadership skills above parThis role calls for a high level of competence to effectively bring out the best that we have to offer.
