We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Assistant Project Coordinator
to support project planning, execution, and monitoring activities. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build a career in project coordination and management. The candidate will work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities
Track project timelines, tasks, and deliverables
Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Monitor project progress and escalate issues when required
Maintain project records, meeting notes, and action items
Support risk identification and issue tracking
Assist in organizing project meetings and follow-ups
Required Skills & Qualifications
B.E./Diploma Mechanical.
Strong academic knowledge of engineering and project management fundamentals.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of project management tools (MS Project) will be an added advantage.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced project environment.
Willingness to travel or relocate as per project requirements.
