Assistant Professor - Universal Human Values

Qualification Required:

1)Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from a recognized university

2)UGC NET qualification (preferred, if applicable)

3)Prior teaching or training experience in value-based education is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

1)Teach and facilitate the Universal Human Values (UHV) course to undergraduate students

2)Develop and update course materials, assignments, and assessments aligned with the UHV framework

3)Mentor and guide students on personal development and social responsibility

4)Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, and faculty development programs

5)Contribute to the institution's mission of value-based and socially relevant education

Desired Skills:

1)Strong grounding in human values, ethics, and social work principles

2)Passion for student engagement and mentoring

3)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4)Openness to interdisciplinary collaboration

Salary:

Rs. 20,000 - Rs.22,000/-
