About the Role:

AGBS Mumbai invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor in Finance and General Management. The role involves teaching, academic research, student mentoring, and contributing to institutional development.

Eligibility Criteria:

PhD pursuing / PhD completed in relevant specialization (as per UGC norms) NET preferred (if applicable) Prior teaching experience in higher education will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver lectures and conduct tutorials for undergraduate and postgraduate programs Develop course content, lesson plans, and assessment methods Engage in research, publications, and academic activities Mentor and guide students for academic and career development Participate in departmental and institutional initiatives Support accreditation, curriculum development, and quality assurance processes
Skills & Competencies:

Strong subject knowledge in Finance / General Management Effective communication and classroom management skills Research orientation and academic writing skills Ability to work collaboratively in an academic environment
