Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Professional with 2-8 years of industry experience. The candidate will play a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, supporting strategic decision-making, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Support audits and ensure adherence to statutory requirements. Assist in financial planning, investment analysis, and risk management. Monitor cash flows, working capital, and cost optimization measures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for business decisions. Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports to management. Contribute to the implementation of financial systems, tools, and process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CA preferred). 2-8 years of relevant industry experience in finance, accounting, or auditing. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and reporting standards. Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Hands-on experience with financial management tools, ERP systems, and MS Excel. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams. Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
