The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate courses, conducting research in the field of Zoology, and contributing to the academic and administrative activities of the department. Responsibilities: Develop and deliver lectures, labs, and other course materials in Zoology for undergraduate students Assess student learning and provide feedback on their academic progress Conduct research in the field of Zoology and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals Participate in departmental and college-wide activities such as faculty meetings, student advising, and service on committees Engage in professional development activities to remain current in the field and bring new ideas and knowledge to the department Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students Qualifications: PhD in Zoology or related field Demonstrated ability to teach undergraduate courses in Zoology Strong research record in the field of Zoology, with publications in peer-reviewed journals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in the department and across the college Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in teaching and research Eligible Fields: Animal Behavior Ecology Evolutionary Biology Genetics Neurobiology Physiology Note: Salary for all positions will be based on qualification and experience and will not be a limiting factor for the right candidate.
