Seeking an Assistant Professor for Communication Design Department - VFX

Location - Jaipur, Rajasthan

Must have Masters Degree - MFA / M.Des



Teaching Content and Curriculum Development People Management Coaching and Mentoring Adhere to all policies and procedures as defined by organisation associated institutes and affiliations Support the Development of new programs to attract new students and markets Adhere to agreed and set curriculum. Recommend changes and drive the change when required Facilitate student learning. Provide effective instruction and undertake effective assessments on an ongoing basis Develop effective and current course curriculum. This includes and is not limited to student handbouts, presentations, assessments, ...etc Responsible for developing and implementing remedial programs / courses to ensure effective learning Collaborate with other departments and Academic Administrators to create and implement relevant programs and learning materials Schedule, supervise, debrief and evaluate students on an ongoing basis. Provide feedback and coach / mentor as and when required Work with Operations team to procure required and relevant technology to assist and facilitate effective teaching / learning Responsible for reviewing student grades. Work with HOD and the administration team to identify remedial measures and implement accordingly Undertake University evaluations as per univ norms on a periodic basis Remain current on knowledge and skills of specific domain Participate with the Marketing and Admissions team as part of the Outreach program Support HR during recruitment, student internships and job opportunities Actively participate / Facilitate in all organisational activities. This includes and is not limited to workshops conducted in and by organisation, student events, meetings, seminars, conferences... Responsible for adhering to process and ensuring the highest levels of quality, integrity and ethics in all research undertaken by self / team / students

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
