Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Curriculum:

Develop and deliver undergraduate and graduate courses, create engaging course materials (syllabi, assignments, exams), and utilize innovative teaching methods.

Research & Scholarship:

Conduct original research, secure funding through grants, and publish research findings in reputable peer-reviewed journals and conferences.

Student Mentorship & Advising:

Supervise undergraduate and graduate students on their academic and research projects, provide career guidance, and mentor junior faculty.

Service & Collaboration:

Participate in departmental and university committees, collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects, and engage in outreach activities.

M.Tech/MCA

Essential Skills

Technical Expertise:

Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++), database systems, algorithms, machine learning, AI, software engineering, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.

Pedagogical Skills:

Ability to design engaging course materials and use innovative teaching methods to enhance student learning.

Collaboration:

Capacity to work effectively with colleagues and students in a team-oriented academic environment.
