Role Overview As a Management Faculty - Business Analytics, you will be responsible for delivering academic excellence through teaching, mentoring, and curriculum innovation across undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Business Analytics.

Key Responsibilities
Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Business Analytics, including data analysis, data visualization, and predictive modeling.
Design and update course materials to reflect evolving industry standards and academic best practices.
Mentor and guide students in academic and career development, including supervising thesis and research projects.
Contribute to institutional service initiatives including curriculum development, outreach activities, and committee work.
Stay updated on trends and research in Business Analytics through continuous professional development.
Collaborate with industry experts and internal stakeholders to enhance student outcomes.
Having hands-on experience with SPSS.

Qualifications
Master's or Ph.D. in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or related fields.
Demonstrated excellence in teaching and/or industry experience in Business Analytics.
Research proficiency with evidence of published work and grant participation preferred.
Experience in designing and delivering hybrid/online courses is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to diversity and inclusive learning.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?1,000,000.00 per year
