We are seeking a qualified and passionate

Assistant Professor - Tourism & Travel Management

to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for teaching, curriculum support, student mentoring, and academic development in tourism and travel-related programs.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver undergraduate/postgraduate courses in Tourism, Travel Management, Hospitality, and related subjects Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and assessments as per university/UGC norms Evaluate student performance through internal assessments, exams, and project guidance Guide student projects, internships, and industry exposure activities Contribute to curriculum development, academic quality, and accreditation processes Support departmental activities, admissions, placements, and institutional committees

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Tourism / Travel Management / Hospitality / Hotel Management / MBA (Tourism) or related discipline

NET / SET / Ph.D. as per UGC norms (preferred / mandatory as applicable)

Teaching or relevant industry experience will be an added advantage

Required Skills

Strong subject knowledge and teaching aptitude Excellent communication and presentation skills Student mentoring and academic coordination skills Familiarity with digital teaching tools and LMS platforms Industry interaction and coordination ability
