Key Responsibilities

Deliver impactful sessions on

Soft Skills, Communication Skills, Personality Development, and Placement Readiness

. Train students in

Group Discussions, Public Speaking, Interview Skills, and Resume Building

. Use interactive, activity-based teaching methods to enhance learning. Assess students' performance and provide clear, actionable feedback. Collaborate with training and academic teams to ensure high-quality program delivery. Represent Six Phrase professionally during campus training engagements.

Required Qualifications

BA & MA in English

(mandatory). Must have cleared

UGC-NET / SET

or hold a

PhD

in a relevant field. Excellent command of spoken and written English. Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

Immediate joiner only.

Preferred Skills

Prior experience in communication or soft skills training. Confidence in handling large student groups. Strong interpersonal and classroom management abilities.
