Assistant Professor - Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE)

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated

Assistant Professor in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE)

to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching, mentoring, research, and academic development within the department.

Key Responsibilities

Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Prepare and deliver lectures, tutorials, and lab sessions effectively. Guide students in academic projects, internships, and research activities. Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and lab manuals. Conduct research and publish papers in reputed journals and conferences. Participate in departmental and institutional activities such as NBA/NAAC accreditation, curriculum development, and workshops. Support student learning, mentoring, and career guidance. Collaborate with industry and research organizations for innovative projects.

Qualifications

Essential:

M.E. / M.Tech. in Electrical, Electronics, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (or equivalent specialization).

Preferred:

Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related area (completed or pursuing). Teaching or research experience in a reputed institution preferred.

Skills Required

Strong subject knowledge in Power Systems, Control Systems, Power Electronics, Electrical Machines, Renewable Energy, or related areas. Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills. Familiarity with modern teaching tools and learning management systems (LMS). Proficiency in simulation and design software (MATLAB, Simulink, PSPICE, ETAP, etc.). Ability to contribute to research, publications, and funded projects.
