Phonics University, Roorkee is seeking a dedicated and motivated

Assistant Professor - Management

to deliver high-quality teaching, contribute to research activities, and actively participate in academic development. The candidate should be passionate about teaching, student mentoring, and institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Management disciplines such as

HR, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Business Analytics, and Entrepreneurship

. Develop and update course content in alignment with

UGC and University guidelines

. Engage students through innovative teaching methods, case studies, presentations, and experiential learning. Guide students in

projects, internships, summer training, and research work

. Conduct and publish research in reputed journals and contribute to conferences/seminars. Participate in academic administration, accreditation processes (IQAC), and curriculum development. Mentor students for academic growth, career planning, and placements. Actively contribute to workshops, FDPs, seminars, and industry interaction programs. Perform other academic and institutional duties as assigned by the University.

Eligibility Criteria

MBA / M.Com / PGDM

in relevant specialization with minimum

55% marks

NET / Ph.D.

preferred as per

UGC norms

. Freshers with strong academic background or candidates with prior teaching experience are welcome.
