We are seeking a motivated and academically strong

Assistant Professor(Full-Time Faculty)

to join our institution. The role involves teaching undergraduate students, supporting academic delivery, and contributing to the overall learning ecosystem of the college.

This position is ideal for

M.Tech graduates or final-year M.Tech students

who are passionate about teaching, mentoring students, and building a long-term academic career.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver effective classroom and laboratory teaching for B.Tech programs in Computer Science and allied areas. Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and assessments in line with the prescribed curriculum and Outcome-Based Education (OBE) framework. Guide and evaluate B.Tech student projects, ensuring quality, innovation, and industry relevance. Mentor students for academic progress, career guidance, internships, and professional development. Participate in curriculum development, add-on courses, and continuous improvement activities. Contribute to departmental academic, administrative, and accreditation-related activities. Engage in basic research activities and encourage undergraduate research initiatives. Adhere to institutional policies, academic ethics, and quality assurance practices.

Eligibility Criteria

M.Tech(CS) completed

or

M.Tech(CS), pursuing (final year) or MCA+Phd

Strong subject knowledge in the relevant engineering/technology discipline Good communication and presentation skills Passion for teaching and student development Freshers are welcome to apply

Preferred Skills

Basic understanding of outcome-based education and academic processes Ability to explain concepts clearly and engage students effectively Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in an academic environment Familiarity with academic tools, LMS, or digital teaching platforms is a plus
