The Assistant Professor - Physiotherapy will play a key role in delivering high-quality academic instruction and supporting operational excellence within the department. The role includes teaching, assessment management, curriculum support, and coordination with faculty to ensure compliance with institutional and accreditation standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate academic leadership, research involvement, and a commitment to enhancing student learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct classroom teaching, practical sessions, and examination evaluations.
Identify student performance trends and uphold academic integrity.
Manage and update guided self-study materials aligned with curriculum goals.
Evaluate and submit student performance reports using structured assessment methods.
Coordinate On-the-Job Training and contribute to curriculum review and accreditation activities.
Support academic planning, research coordination, and operational efficiency across programs.
Collaborate with in-house and guest faculty to ensure effective program delivery.
Qualifications & Experience:
Ph.D. in Physiotherapy is must.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in teaching and academic administration.
Strong understanding of academic operations, assessment systems, and accreditation processes.
Ph.D. guideship will be an added advantage.
Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
Proven ability in academic leadership, strategic planning, team management, and research-driven curriculum development.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
