Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated

Assistant Professor of Pharmacology

to join our faculty team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, engaging in impactful research, and contributing to academic and administrative responsibilities within the department. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in pharmacology with a passion for teaching and research.

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching & Mentorship:

Deliver undergraduate and/or postgraduate lectures in pharmacology and related disciplines. Prepare and update course materials, syllabi, and laboratory manuals. Supervise student projects, research dissertations, and thesis work. Participate in academic advising and mentoring of students.

Research:

Conduct original research in pharmacology or related fields. Publish in peer-reviewed journals and present at academic conferences. Seek external research funding and grants. Collaborate with internal and external researchers for interdisciplinary projects.

Service & Administration:

Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and academic planning. Serve on academic and administrative committees. Contribute to community outreach and professional development activities. Maintain compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

Essential:

MBBS, MD in Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a closely related field. Demonstrated ability to teach and communicate complex concepts clearly. Record of research publications in peer-reviewed journals.

Qualification - MBBS, MS/MD
