Role Summary

The Assistant Professor - Marketing & HR is responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, contributing to academic development, student mentoring, research, and institutional activities in line with university and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Academic Delivery

Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in

Marketing

and

Human Resource Management

as assigned. Prepare lesson plans, course outlines, study materials, and assessments in accordance with curriculum guidelines. Use innovative teaching methods including case studies, simulations, presentations, and experiential learning. Conduct internal assessments, evaluations, and examinations as per academic schedules.
