Key Responsibilities

Deliver lectures and seminars in English Literature, Language, Communication Skills, or related fields. Design, update, and evaluate course content, assignments, and assessments. Guide students in academic projects, dissertations, and presentations. Engage in scholarly research and publish in peer-reviewed journals. Participate in curriculum development and departmental meetings. Mentor and support students academically and professionally. Organize and participate in workshops, conferences, and guest lectures. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment in and beyond the classroom.

Eligibility Criteria

Ph.D. in English

NET qualified (as per UGC norms)

Strong academic record and relevant teaching or industry experience (5-10 years preferred). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience in academic writing, curriculum development, or e-learning platforms is an added advantage.

Pay: ?12,026.85 - ?80,000.75 per month
