The Assistant Professor (MSN) will handle classroom and clinical teaching in Medical-Surgical Nursing, supervise student clinical rotations, guide research, and ensure academic compliance with INC/TNNMC standards.
Key Responsibilities
Teach MSN subjects for B.Sc, PB-B.Sc, and M.Sc Nursing programs.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assessments, and evaluation tools.
Supervise students in Medical, Surgical, ICU, Emergency, OT, and Specialty Units.
Demonstrate and guide essential procedures: assessment, nursing care plans, IV therapy, wound care, critical care skills, etc.
Maintain clinical evaluation records, competency checklists, and attendance.
Guide UG/PG research projects and support departmental academic activities.
Assist HOD with departmental documentation, accreditation files, and committee work.
Provide academic mentoring and support student performance improvement.

?25,000 - ?35,000 per month (based on experience)
