We're looking for a dedicated and passionate Assistant Professor (M.Sc. Nursing) to join our academic team.
This role involves teaching, mentoring, researching, and guiding the next generation of nurses, both in classrooms and clinical settings. You'll be shaping not just lessons, but future healthcare professionals.
What You'll Do:
Deliver
engaging lectures, lead seminars,
and
conduct practical training sessions
for
B.Sc. and M.Sc. Nursing students.
Design and update curriculum in line with
INC standards
and
evolving healthcare practices
.
Supervise
students in
clinical postings
and help them connect theory with real-world practice.
Provide academic guidance, career advice
, and emotional support to students.
Conduct and publish nursing research and contribute to the growth of nursing science.
Support college activities, accreditation processes,
and participate in faculty development.
What You'll Need:
Education:
M.Sc. Nursing
in a relevant specialty from an INC-recognized institution (Ph.D. preferred but not mandatory).
Experience:
At least 3 years
of teaching experience post-M.Sc. Nursing. Clinical experience may also be considered.
Registration:
Valid State Nursing Council registration (RNRM).
