Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on sessions on Motion Graphics, 2D/3D Animation, and Visual Effects using industry-standard tools.

Teach software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar.

Guide students in project development, portfolio creation, and final year productions.

Contribute to curriculum development, updating course materials to reflect current industry trends.

Evaluate student assignments and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

Coordinate with other faculty members for interdisciplinary projects and workshops.

Mentor students on professional ethics, creative storytelling, and production workflow.

Participate in departmental activities, seminars, and academic meetings.

Support academic administration, including attendance, reports, and student assessments.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong expertise in Motion Design, Compositing, and Animation Principles.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and at least one 3D software (Cinema 4D / Blender / Maya).

Excellent sense of timing, composition, typography, and visual storytelling.

Good communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Passion for teaching and ability to inspire creativity in students.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Animation, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Motion Graphics, or related field.

Minimum 2-5 years of industry or academic experience in motion graphics or digital design.

Prior teaching or training experience preferred.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
