Education:
Minimum Qualification:
M.Sc in Medical-Surgical Nursing (from an INC-recognized institution)
Must be registered with the State Nursing Council
Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years of teaching or relevant clinical experience (as per INC norms)

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver lectures, clinical demonstrations, and practical training in Medical-Surgical Nursing
Prepare and update lesson plans, teaching materials, and assignments
Guide and evaluate students during clinical postings
Supervise student projects, internal assessments, and university exam preparations
Maintain accurate student records and assessment reports
Participate in curriculum development, departmental meetings, and academic audits
Contribute to faculty development programs and institutional growth initiatives
Skills and Competencies:
Strong subject knowledge in Medical-Surgical Nursing
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Ability to guide and mentor students effectively
Familiarity with INC and university curriculum standards
