Role Highlights:

Deliver high-quality lectures and practical demonstrations in MLS subjects. Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools in line with curriculum requirements. Guide students in research projects, seminars, and case studies. Ensure smooth conduct of practical classes and maintenance of laboratory standards. Participate in academic planning, departmental meetings, and institutional initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:

M.Sc. (Medical Laboratory Technology / MLS) from a recognized university (Ph.D. preferred but not mandatory). Minimum 1-3 years of teaching/research/clinical experience in the field of Medical Laboratory Sciences. Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of Haematology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Pathology, and related MLS subjects. Excellent communication, mentoring, and organizational skills. Passion for academic excellence and student engagement.
