Assistant Professor in M.Ed (Commerce)

Key Responsibilities
Teach courses related to Commerce Education, Educational Psychology, Pedagogy, and related subjects in the M.Ed. program.
Prepare lesson plans, conduct lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions.
Guide M.Ed. students in research projects, dissertations, and academic writing.
Participate in curriculum design and development activities.
Engage in academic research, seminars, and workshops to contribute to the college's academic growth.
Mentor and support students in their professional and academic development.
Perform administrative and academic duties as assigned by the Head of Department or Principal.
Qualifications
Essential:
Master's Degree in Commerce (M.Com) with a minimum of 55% marks (or equivalent grade).
M.Ed. with a minimum of 55% marks (or equivalent grade).
NET / SET qualification as per UGC / NCTE norms.
Desirable:
Ph.D. in Education or Commerce.
Teaching experience at the B.Ed. / M.Ed. level.
Research publications in peer-reviewed journals.
Skills Required
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to mentor and inspire teacher trainees.
Knowledge of modern teaching-learning methods and educational technologies.
Commitment to academic excellence and institutional development.
