We have urgent requirement of Assistant Professor for MBA

Education:

MBA, PhD (or willing to do PhD)

Experience:

A minimum of 2 Years of Professional experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

To develop, create and invent effective learning methods to teach the graduate and undergraduate students

Prepare course materials, lectures, and demonstrations, including assignments, quizzes, and exams

Participate in curriculum development to incorporate new knowledge into courses

Engage in scholarly research and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings

Creating, developing and innovating new techniques to ensure better learning procedures

Constantly update the knowledge and improve one's teaching and learning abilities

Assist with student advising, admissions, and career counselling

Participate in college committees as assigned by the Management

Serve on departmental committees as required by the College Administration

To maintain the discipline and abide by the rules and regulations of the university

To conduct various workshops, classes, demonstrations, sessions, field trips for effective learning

To evaluate, assess and provide an appropriate feedback
