Key Responsibilities

1. Teaching & Academic Delivery

Design, develop, and deliver MBA courses in Supply Chain Management and related areas -- e.g.,

logistics management, procurement, operations strategy, lean management, supply chain analytics, quality management, production & inventory planning

. Use contemporary pedagogical methods such as case studies, simulations, experiential learning tools, and real-world project supervision. Supervise

student dissertations, live projects, internships, industry collaborations, and experiential assignments

. Continually update course content to reflect evolving business trends and technologies.

2. Research & Scholarship

Conduct rigorous

academic research

in supply chain, operations, logistics, or related areas. Publish research outcomes in

peer-reviewed journals

and present at reputable conferences. Seek research collaborations and external funding opportunities where relevant.

3. Industry Engagement

Build and maintain

industry partnerships

for curriculum alignment, guest lectures, internships, and consulting opportunities. Integrate real-world supply chain challenges and case projects into teaching and student learning.

4. Service & Administration

Participate in department, college, and university committees, curriculum review, and accreditation activities. Mentor students academically and professionally. Support student recruitment, program promotion, and outreach initiatives.
