Eligibility: Candidates with a background in Engineering and an MBA in Operations.

Role: Assistant Professor

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching & Curriculum Delivery

Deliver lectures as per the curriculum in Operations/General Management.

Design lesson plans, assignments, and assessments aligned with academic objectives.

Academic Mentorship

Guide and mentor students in academic projects, internships, and career planning.

Maintain records of student progress and offer individual support when required.

Research & Publications

Conduct academic and applied research in the field of management.

Publish research papers in reputed national/international journals and attend conferences.

Institutional Development

Contribute to departmental planning and curriculum development.

Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and institutional activities.

Student Engagement

Organize workshops, seminars, and guest lectures for student enrichment.

Actively participate in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.

Continuous Learning

Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and pedagogies in the management domain.

Undertake faculty development programs as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
