Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, case studies, and presentations.
Conduct classroom assessments, internal exams, and student evaluations.
Use modern teaching methods (case-based learning, simulations, group projects).
Academic Administration
Participate in curriculum design & revision as per industry trends.
Maintain academic records, attendance, and course files.
Contribute to accreditation processes (NAAC, NBA).
Student Mentoring
Guide students on academic progress, internships, and career development.
Supervise projects, dissertations, and research work.
Research & Publications
Publish research papers in reputed journals.
Present papers at national/international conferences.
Engage in consultancy and collaborative research projects.
Institutional Activities
Participate in departmental meetings, events, seminars, FDPs, and development programs.
Support admission activities, orientation programs, and student clubs.
3. Qualifications & Experience
Education:
MBA with PhD in Management from a recognized university.
Experience:
Minimum 3-10 years of teaching/research/industry experience (as per institutional requirement).
Strong domain expertise in specialization (Marketing/Finance/HR/Operations/Analytics).
Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
