Assistant Professor / Associate Professor in
Human Resource with specialization.
We seek an
academic leader
with strong expertise in
Human Resource Management (HRM)
and a proven record of teaching, research, and institutional contribution. Candidates with a passion for excellence in management education and immediate availability will be given preference.
Responsibilities
Teach postgraduate-level courses in HRM, including
Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Performance Management, and Strategic HRM
.
b) Develop innovative curricula, design syllabi, and manage academic approval processes.
c) Plan and monitor the
Academic Calendar
and coordinate with the Controller of Examinations.
d) Engage in
high-quality research
, publish in reputed journals, and secure research grants.
e) Guide and mentor postgraduate students in
projects, dissertations, and industry-linked assignments
.
f) Foster
industry collaboration
through guest lectures, HR conclaves, internships, and placement initiatives.
g) Contribute to
institutional development
through committee work, student engagement, and academic administration.
Qualifications
Ph.D. in Human Resource Management or related field (mandatory).
Minimum 10 years
of teaching, research, or industry experience in relevant areas.
Strong expertise in HR Analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, SPSS, Tableau, or equivalent).
Research publications in
peer-reviewed national and international journals
.
Professional certifications (HR Analytics, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Labour Law, etc.) and corporate/consulting experience are desirable.
