Overview:

MSM, Meerut, invites applications for the position of

Assistant Professor in Mathematics

. The role involves teaching quantitative and analytical courses to undergraduate and postgraduate students, supporting research, mentoring students, and contributing to the academic and institutional development of MSM.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach UG & PG courses in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, and Quantitative Techniques.

Design, prepare, and update course curriculum and instructional materials.

Supervise student projects, assignments, and academic research.

Publish research in reputed journals and participate in academic conferences.

Contribute to departmental initiatives, workshops, and institutional activities.

Provide mentorship and academic guidance to students.

Qualifications:

Ph.D. in Mathematics/Applied Mathematics/Statistics (preferred, as per UGC norms).

Master's degree (M.Sc. Mathematics/Applied Mathematics/Statistics) with strong academic record.

Teaching, research, or industry experience will be an added advantage.

Evidence of publications, research papers, or academic participation preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong expertise in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, and Statistics.

Ability to teach quantitative techniques relevant to management and IT programs.

Effective teaching, communication, and mentoring skills.

Research aptitude with innovative teaching methods.

Organizational and collaborative abilities.
