? Design and update curriculum to align with industry standards and emerging marketing trends.
? Conduct academic research, publish in reputed journals, and contribute to the school's research profile.
? Guide and mentor students in academic, research, and career development activities.
? Participate in departmental meetings, academic committees, and contribute to the institution's overall development.
? Engage with industry through seminars, workshops, consultancy, and collaborative projects.
Qualifications & Requirements
? Ph.D. in Marketing / Management (with specialization in Marketing) from a recognized university.
? Candidates who have submitted Ph.D. thesis or are at the final stage may also be considered.
? Strong academic record with publications in reputed journals (Scopus/ABDC indexed preferred).
? Demonstrated ability to teach effectively at undergraduate/postgraduate level.
? Familiarity with modern pedagogical tools (case studies, simulations, blended learning).
? Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
